Store Policies

CHRISTMAS DEADLINE!  Last day to order to receive by Christmas is December 9th.  All orders received after this date will not be completed until after January 5th.

  1. A return policy: As with all custom purchases, your sale is considered final.  Your piece will be made just for you, so be sure to describe it exactly how you would like.  I do not create on a consultive basis, ie. paint, send pics, approve.  All information should be given at the point of sale as to how you would like your artwork.  Of course, if there is an error on my part I have a 100% customer satisfaction policy.  I'll make it right!
  2. A shipping policy:  Orders will be shipped First Class or Ground unless you would like to upgrade for an additional fee.  You will receive notification as soon as your order is shipped.  All art is produced "made to order".  Please, note the time required to process your order on the listing and receipt email.  Please, LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE.  I cannot be responsible for items broken due to carrier mishandling.
  3. A privacy policy:  Your personal information will not be distributed for use with any third party company not affiliated with Lou and Elle.  As a customer, I do reserve the right to contact you with future correspondence pertaining to this shop only.  Lou and Elle does not directly handle any of your payment transaction information.  Payment is made with Paypal, a world-wide, trusted payment processing company.  You do not have to have an account with paypal to pay for your transaction.
  4. All items listed on Lou and Elle are made to order and thus considered the purchase of a service provided on behalf of the purchaser, not the purchase of a product.
